For customers using their own FedEx account for processing the delivery and freight rate, a handling fee is added to the invoice according to the table below:

Delivery terms
BioLamina’s Terms of Shipment is always ExWorks (EXW, Incoterms 2020) unless otherwise agreed. ExWorks implies that the seller is responsible only for making products available at a designated location. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and risks.
Depending on your location, you might need to provide relevant documentation and experience additional costs of customs clearance and/or export licenses, which are beyond BioLamina’s responsibility.
To avoid unnecessary delays that could risk the quality of the products, please make sure you are prepared to provide the required documentation and to follow your order via the link provided by the shipping company.
Premium shipping
Premium shipping includes temperature-regulated and monitored shipment all the way to the receiver, individual customs clearance, and insurance of the shipment. We highly recommend Premium shipping for orders exceeding the value of USD 5,000. For large orders, please contact sales@biolamina.com or your BioLamina sales representative.
